If you have sent an unsupported crypto to your Quidax wallet or sent a crypto through the wrong network that is not supported on your Quidax wallet, the deposit will not reach your wallet. These funds are considered lost and can only be recovered if our technical recovery team confirms they can be.

To see all crypto listed on Quidax, simply click on 'Wallets' at the bottom of your page as seen in the image below.

To see the supported network for each coin, simply do the following;

1. Click on the crypto you want to deposit.

2. Click on Receive

3. Another page opens where you are required to Select network, click on 'Wallet Address'

4. Right on the page that opens up where you can copy your wallet address, you see the warning statement there right at the top of the barcode that starts with "only send . . ." 

Please ensure to adhere to this instruction to avoid loss of funds. If you are not sure about anything, you can always reach out to the support team for clarification here 

RECOVERY TIME

It’s very important to ensure that only supported assets are sent to your account and only through the right network. Not all wrongly sent transactions are recoverable. 

However, if you have made the mistake of sending a wrong crypto to your wallet or through a wrong network, please reach out to the support team to confirm if it can be recovered. If the support team confirms it can be recovered, please share full details of this transaction to the support team.

Please note that coins that can be recovered is processed by our technical recovery team and this typically takes 3months. You will need to exercise patience while the team works on recovering your coins.

NB: This also includes crypto sent to your Quidax wallet without the destination tag.

Also, please note that this is only for crypto deposits made to your Quidax wallet, withdrawals successfully done out of your Quidax wallet to the wrong address or through the wrong network cannot be recovered by Quidax.
