Drum rolls!! Do you know you can withdraw USD directly to your domiciliary bank account directly from your Quidax wallet? Okay, let me know you how.

• Tap on “Wallets” at the bottom right of the screen.
• It takes you to a new page with a list of all your wallets showing up. Select “USD”.

Once you do so, select “Withdraw” then a page with withdrawal channels comes up, click on “USD Dom Withdrawal"

• On the next page, input the amount you want to withdraw and click on continue.
• The flat fee for USD withdrawal is a fixed 20USD

• The next pop up shares the terms and conditions of your withdrawal, click on Continue after reading.

• On the next page, you'll be required to add your USD dom bank account where your withdrawal will be sent to (If you do not have any one saved). Click on Add a new bank account
• Select the bank you have your USD dom account in and put the account number. Please note that the account has to be your own, bearing the same name with what you have on your Quidax account.

• Once you input your details, click on Verify Account then follow the steps outlined to complete your withdrawal.

USD withdrawals take 24 working hours to be completed, so relax while we work on it.
