We understand at times, your order on the order book may experience a little delay. Fret no more!!! We’ve got you.😉  You can cancel your order and funds will be returned to your wallet.

Kindly follow the steps below to cancel your order via the web.

• Kindly sign into your account.
• Click on the “ORDER BOOK”
• Then tap on the coin pair you want to cancel.
• Once the order book loads, scroll down and tap on “OPEN ORDERS” on the lower right hand side of the page.
• You will see the order you placed.
• Kindly go ahead and click on the dustbin symbol by your right so your funds will be returned to your wallet.

Kindly follow the steps below to cancel your order via the app.

• Login to your Quidax App
• Click on Trade at the button end of the home page of your app.

• Then click on “ORDER BOOK” on the pop-up that shows and then click on continue

• Select the currency pair of your trade view you placed your order on.
• Click on “OPEN ORDERS”

You'll see the order(s) you placed that are yet to be filled, click on the exact order you want to cancel under the open order option.

• Proceed to click on “CANCEL ORDER” and your order will be canceled.
