When you get an error message on the screen above, it means there’s no withdrawal charge left in your wallet. If the withdrawal charge for your transaction is 200 Naira, you must leave at least 200 Naira in your wallet.

2. “Could not find a suitable offer”
When you get an error message on the screen above, it means that there’s no offer for the amount you’re attempting to withdraw. Most times, it mostly happens when you are withdrawing a large sum. Please try to break the amount into bits.
For example, if you are attempting to withdraw 5 Million naira, you can withdraw 2 million naira twice and 1 million naira once.
