We can imagine how you feel when you pay into an account number and your wallet is not funded. We want to assure you that as long as you pay into the account number shown on the Quidax platform at the time of deposit, we will be able to trace the funds.
NB: Please do not save the account numbers for future use as the account numbers change all the time.
Your deposit may be delayed for two reasons
- You made the payment without including the deposit charge. See deposit charges here
- There’s a downtime on one of the banks involved in the transaction.
- You did not click on 'I have made the payment' after sending the money.
Please wait for 15 minutes after payment. If you have not received the money in your wallet then, please reach out to support@quidax.com with the subject “Qdirect Transaction - Funds not received” and the following.
- The date and amount of the transaction.
- Proof of payment (transaction receipt from bank app)
After you’ve done this, our Quidax agent will contact the agent assigned to the transaction or payment partner to confirm receipt.
Once this is confirmed, your wallet will be credited immediately.
