The Qdirect platform is pretty seamless, but sometimes you might not be satisfied with the transaction.
That’s when you create a dispute. You can only do this 30 minutes after you/ the other party has clicked on paid.
It’s a simple process, all you have to do is log in to the web platform - www.quidax.com
Click on "Qdirect”.
Go to "my trade" and click on "view trade".
After opening the trade, reload the page, so as to be able to upload an image.
Kindly select the reason for the dispute from the listed options
Upload proof of payment.
Scroll down and tap "start a dispute on this trade".
Once you have done this, you can reach out to support@quidax.com with the subject “Please resolve my Dispute” if your dispute is not resolved in 30mins.
An agent will investigate this and resolve the dispute.
PS: You can only create a dispute when you sign in through the web and not the app.
