Receiving cryptocurrency can be done with your wallet address for the particular crypto you want to receive. Wallet addresses are different so you must only use the wallet address for the crypto you are trying to send to your wallet and the right network.

How can I get my wallet address?

• Sign in to your account
• Click on Wallet at the top right corner of the page and click on Spot Account

• Under Fund list, you'll see the list of wallets, click on the Deposit button for the one you want to deposit.

Once the page opens, you'll see your Deposit address right under the Network, click on the copy icon to copy it and use it to make your deposit. Ensure you confirm the network before you copy the address, so you can copy the right address.

You can always click on the network you want to get the address for and the deposit address for that network will show. In the screenshot above, if you wish to receive BTC on the BEP20 Network, you just need to click on the place you see BEP20 under Network and the address for that network will show.
