Do you know that the email you receive to confirm your withdrawal is only valid for about 30mins. When it exceeds that time you'll no longer be able to click on it and your withdrawal will not be processed.
What is the solution?
You can either choose to resend the mail or cancel the withdrawal and retry.
How can I do this?
You have already made the withdrawal. It's over 30 mins and you just realised you did not click on any withdrawal confirmation link. Here's what you'll do.
- Go back to your app.
- Click on Wallets
- Click on NGN
- You'll see the last withdrawal made under your Recent Transactions
- Click on the one that shows Awaiting confirmation
- When you open it, you'll see a Resend email button and Cancel button
- If you click on Resend email, another withdrawal link email will be sent to you, so you can now go to your email to confirm it (Ensure to not mix the emails up as it will go to the sae email thread the first one came in, always check the time of the email to see the most recent one)
- If you do not want to continue with the withdrawal, you can click on Cancel and the funds are back in your wallet for you to use.
NB* The process highlighted is also the same for crypto withdrawals you forgot to confirm before 30mins. Instead of clicking on NGN, you click on the crypto you withdrew and you'll see your last withdrawal under the Recent Transactions.
