These simple steps below will help you deposit GHS on Quidax using the Qdirect option.

First of all, you need to be on the Basic Level to be able to withdraw via QDIRECT so if you're not on Basic Level yet, hurry and complete it.

• Click on "Deposit" 
• When you click on 'Deposit' a new page with fiat or crypto option comes up. Select '' fiat'' and then GHS
• As soon as you select GHS, a page with deposit options comes up, choose the “Qdirect” option.
• On the next page, you input the amount you want to deposit, click continue and accept the terms and conditions after you’ve read them.
• As soon as you input the amount you'd like to deposit, a page will pop up asking you to add your bank account. 

Please ensure the name on the bank you are adding is the same name on your Quidax account to enable you to add your bank account details successfully.

• As soon as your bank account is successfully added, you can click on ''continue'', then a screen showing the total amount you are expected to transfer to the displayed bank account number will pop up. 
• Next, a page pops up with details of an account you'll make payment into. Kindly make the transfer before the timer ends and click on 'I have paid'

Please ensure to always transfer the amount you see on the screen to the account details also shown on the screen, from your own account (the one you added on the previous page).

You are expected to get the funds in your GHS wallet within 30mins - 1 hour after you successfully made the transfer to the displayed bank account details. If you do not get the funds within this time, please send a mail to support@quidax.com

The fee for deposit using Qdirect is 1.5%
